Dangote Refinery Lists 32 Approved Channels for IPO Subscription

Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals FZE has approved 32 banks, fintech companies, mobile operators and other platforms through which investors can subscribe for its shares under its public offer.

The company published the list on its official IPO website and urged prospective investors to use only the approved channels when applying for the shares. The refinery currently lists the offer price at N525 per share, with investors required to subscribe for a minimum of 10 shares valued at N5,250.

The approved platforms comprise 19 banks, 10 fintech companies, two mobile operators and NGX Invest, providing investors with multiple channels through which they can participate in the offer.

Dangote Refinery specifically warned investors against using unapproved platforms, stating: “Only subscribe through the channels listed on this page. Do not subscribe through any channel not confirmed here.”

The 19 banks listed as approved subscription channels are:

  • Ecobank
  • FCMB
  • Fidelity Bank
  • FirstBank
  • Globus Bank
  • GTCO
  • Jaiz Bank
  • Keystone Bank
  • Lotus Bank
  • PremiumTrust Bank
  • Providus Bank
  • Stanbic IBTC
  • Sterling Bank
  • TAJ Bank
  • UBA
  • Union Bank
  • Wema Bank
  • Zenith Bank

The 10 fintech companies approved for subscriptions are:

  • Bamboo
  • Flutterwave
  • InvestNaija
  • Ladder
  • Moniepoint
  • Paga
  • Payaza
  • PiggyVest
  • Vetiva Invest
  • we.yan

Investors can also subscribe through two mobile money platforms, Airtel SmartCash and MTN MoMo. The company also listed NGX Invest among the approved platforms for participating in the public offer.

The public offer forms part of Dangote Refinery’s plan to raise capital from Nigerian investors through the sale of ordinary shares in the company. With the approved channels now published, investors have been advised to verify their subscription platform against the official list before making any payment or submitting an application.
